The Journey to Your Journey
At Studio M, we believe planning your trip should feel as effortless as taking it. Our process is designed to give you total clarity — no guesswork, no stress — just a clear path from “I have an idea” to “I’m wheels up.”
From our first conversation to your final itinerary, we take care of the logistics so you can focus on the fun. Think of it as travel alchemy: we transform your wish list into a seamless, stylish journey (with a few perks you won’t find on Google).
Here's How It Works:
We’d love to hear more about you and what kind of trip you’re dreaming of—whether that means lounging on a Caribbean cruise or hiking Icelandic glaciers. Start by filling out our quick inquiry form, and we’ll be in touch.
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll send a link to schedule a 15–20 minute call. This is where we’ll get to know each other, chat about your travel plans, and answer any initial questions. After the call, we’ll follow up with a custom planning quote based on your trip needs.
Once the client agreement is signed and the planning fee is paid, we craft a custom itinerary tailored to your style, budget, and wish list. Expect curated ideas, inspired touches, and insider tips. If you love to be involved in the planning process—we’ll collaborate. If you’d rather hand it off—I’ve got you.
After you review your proposal and we make any final tweaks, I’ll secure your bookings and process any required deposits. I’ll stay in close contact with you—and your hotel or local partners—leading up to your trip.
Before you depart, you’ll receive beautifully organized trip documents, including your full digital itinerary with all the details you need for a seamless journey.
I get it—there’s a ton you can do online. But working with a travel advisor (like me!) means having someone who’s done the legwork, has trusted connections around the globe, and can curate a trip that fits you perfectly. I bring insider access, VIP perks, peace of mind, and real support before, during, and after you travel. It's high-touch travel planning without the high stress.
By charging a planning fee, I can dedicate the necessary time and attention to curate a personalized itinerary tailored to your preferences. My goal is to save you time, provide you with peace of mind, and ensure a seamless trip from start to finish. Our planning feeds are calculated based on the complexity of the trip and start at $50/day of travel. This includes the number of legs, number of travelers, number of nights, and vicinity of time of departure.
Sometimes, yes. In most cases, the rate is exactly the same as what you'd find booking direct. If it’s ever slightly higher, it's typically minimal—and the value of the perks (breakfast alone can be $80/day!) far outweighs the difference. Want the cheapest rate without the extras? I can book that too—just let me know.
For Economy airfare, I advise my clients to book that directly with the airline or using their points. I cannot act on a client’s behalf on those bookings, and if something goes wrong, the airline will only work with the passenger, not with me. That said, if you need Economy flights booked, I charge $100 per round trip. I can book Business Class and above domestically, and Premium Economy and above internationally, and service those flights through our Fora Air Desk. I charge $50 per booking.
When you book a hotel through a travel advisor, the hotel pays us, not you. This is how travel advisors earn commission—so the service is complimentary for hotel-only bookings. I only charge a planning fee when we're working on parts of your trip that don’t pay commission (like flights, custom itineraries, etc.).
We don’t work with individually managed properties, simply because we can’t personally vouch for the quality or service. But if you're looking for options with shared space—like a living room or kitchen—we’ll work with my trusted partners to find vetted villas, apartments, or suite-style hotels that check all the boxes.
Amex Platinum is a fantastic card — but at the end of the day, it’s still a call center or a website. When you work with me, you get a real person who actually knows you, your travel style, and your wish list. I don’t just click “book” — I curate the right hotels, design the trip around your vision, and make sure the perks line up with what matters to you.
Plus, I have access to a global network of trusted partners and in-destination experts — meaning you’ll get more than a room upgrade or late checkout. You’ll get recommendations, connections, and experiences tailored to you, with me as your advocate before, during, and after your trip.
